Retour

Friday 5 June, Benjamin ALLÈS will give a lecture entitled:

” Making diets more plant-based to improve food sustainability: insights from nutritional epidemiology”

Benjamin ALLÈS is a nutritional epidemiologist at INRAE within the EREN team at CRESS. He leads several research projects on the shift towards a plant-based diet and its links to health, such as the ANR CaPulCo project, as well as research into the factors that hinder changes in dietary behaviour in relation to food sustainability. He also acts as an expert advisor to public agencies: ANSES, Santé publique France, and the High Council for Public Health, in connection with the development of French dietary guidelines (PNNS programme).

This seminar is organised by the BPH-LEHA team as part of the initiatives of the Public Health Transitions Committee, with the aim of moving towards a balanced, healthy, sustainable diet that is accessible to all.
It will be followed by a drinks reception, for which registration is required (by 1 June at the latest): https://evento.renater.fr/survey/cocktail-conference-benjamin-alles-5-juin-2026-af1fva3i
