Young BPH researchers create the association “Blooming members of Bordeaux Population Health” (BBPH)

Young researchers at the BPH Center have joined together to form an associative organization Loi 1901.

Objectives

The objective of this association is to promote the integration of young researchers in the center, to create cohesion among its members and a sense of belonging within the center and the university but also to promote scientific research in public health.

Le bureau

The BBPH association was officially created on April 5, 2023 with an office composed of:

– Jeanne Bardinet (scientific pole)

a board elected on the same day.

Missions

The young researchers intend to propose concrete actions of animation, in particular, seminars like the Wednesday of the Young Researchers already in place in the center, meetings, support, activities of scientific popularization and of course an annual gala!
It is also a means to accompany and help PhD students, post-docs and other members on a daily basis through methodological support, as well as an efficient relay between all young researchers and the center’s representatives.
