The BBPH association will present its third MITS seminar entitled:

” Nutrition and Health: Brain Aging and Facial Skeleton Development”

Speakers :

• Chloé Lauer  PhD candidate at PACEA UMR 5199 / Department of Biological Anthropology: “Food hardness and facial skeleton development: a link between ultra-processed food and malocclusion?”

• Salomé Darblade – PhD candidate at BPH / Department of Public Health: “Study of the Nutrition-Gut-Brain axis through a blood metabolomic signature using observational data from the general population, in the context of brain aging”

who will present their topic, followed by a discussion period to answer all your questions.

The MITS seminars aim to promote interdisciplinarity among young researchers at the University of Bordeaux. Each session brings together one young researcher from the Department of Public Health and one from another Bordeaux-based research department, followed by an informal discussion over a buffet. These seminars take place every fourth Wednesday of the month, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, in person.
