First MITS seminar on 25 February 2026

Retour

This year, the BBPH association is offering a new event: MITS. A monthly seminar, hosted by a young researcher from the public health department and bringing together young researchers from one of the ten other research departments in Bordeaux, to promote interdisciplinarity

MITS, which is short for Meetings for Interdisciplinary & Translational Science, is a monthly seminar series organised by the BPH’s young researchers’ association, the BBPH.

Each month, a young researcher from the Department of Public Health is invited to talk with a young researcher from one of Bordeaux’s ten other research departments, before continuing the discussion over a convivial buffet.

The aim is to promote interdisciplinarity among young researchers at the University of Bordeaux.

MITS will be held every fourth Wednesday of the month, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., in the Louis amphitheatre at Isped, on the Carreire campus.

Open to all, the event is free, but registration is required.
