As every year, the BPH, the Department of Public Health at the University of Bordeaux and the BBPH association are organising a day dedicated to those who will shape the future of public health research: our young researchers.
The aim of this day is to set aside time to highlight their work, encourage discussion and, in doing so, build a network.
Throughout the day, around twenty PhD and postdoctoral researchers took to the stage at the Agora du Haut-Carré to present their first research findings in various formats: oral presentations, posters and ‘My thesis in 180 seconds’.
In each category, they were assessed by a jury composed of members of the BPH to select the best presentation, which had to combine originality, the quality of the presentation and relevance to public health or clinical practice.
In addition, a ‘Mobility’ prize was awarded to the best presentation in each category.
