Prix ISEE Laure Gayraud Doctorante

The BPH and LEHA team congratulate Laure Gayraud, PhD student in epidemiology, for the ISEE International Society for Environmental Epidemiology – Prize for the « Best Student Abstract and Young Researcher » last september in Athens.

This prize rewards for the presentation at the 34th Annual Congress of her work on the associations between air pollution exposure and retinal degeneration in the Alienor cohort.

Laure Gayraud started in 2021 her thesis « Exposure to air pollution and risk of age-related macular degeneration » under the supervision of Cécile DELCOURT, head of the LEHA team.

Le BPH et l’équipe LEHA félicitent Laure Gayraud, doctorante en épidémiologie, pour le Prix ISEE – International Society for Environmental Epidemiology- qu’elle a obtenu en septembre dernier à Athènes du « Meilleur abstract étudiant et jeune chercheur ».

Ce prix récompense la présentation de son travail sur l’exposition à la pollution de l’air et le risque de dégénérescence de la rétine dans la cohorte Aliénor au 34 ème congrès annuel.

Laure Gayraud a démarré en 2021 sa thèse intitulée « Exposition à la pollution atmosphérique et risque de dégénérescence maculaire liée à l’âge» sous la direction de Cécile DELCOURT responsable de l’équipe LEHA.
