RetourMember of the U1219 team « Psychoepidemiology of Aging and Chronic Diseases », the PhD candidate received the 3rd Prize of the Jury in the final of the Aquitaine Region of the competition « My thesis in 180 seconds » with the subject: « Precariousness, Cognitive aging and frailty: an epidemiological approach « .
Camille Ouvrard was a competitor among the 4 other winners of the University of Bordeaux against 5 candidates from the University of Pau and Pays de l’Adour (UPPA) and 3 candidates from Bordeaux Montaigne University.
The challenge of the competition is to present its research topic in terms of texts and to a secular and diverse audience. Each participant must make a clear, concise and nonetheless convincing statement on his / her research project in three minutes. This competition is based on Three minutes of Open_in_new (3MT®) thesis, designed at the University of Queensland in Australia.
For this year 2017, the regional finals took place on 14 04 2017 at the University of Bordeaux, to which a public assistance of high school students coming from Gironde but also Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne.
