Post-doctorant (équipe Biostatistique)

I am a postdoctoral researcher in Statistics at the INSERM center « Bordeaux Population Health » (Biostatistics team), under the supervision of Virginie Rondeau. I am currently working on a generalization of joint models (mainly for recurrent events and a terminal event) that tries to get away from the classical assumption of proportional risks.

Before, I did my PhD in the IMAG lab (Institut Montpelliérain Alexander Grothendieck) at the University of Montpellier, under the supervision of Catherine Trottier and Xavier Bry. My thesis mainly deals with regularization methods for multivariate generalized linear mixed models and its title is « Introducing complex dependency structures into supervised component-based models ».
