PhD student

Gaëlle Munsch obtained her Msc in Biostatistics in 2019 from the Institute of Public Health, Epidemiology and Development (ISPED) in Bordeaux. She joined the VINTAGE team during her master’s intership to study Bayesian Networks and their application to proteomic data. She is currently in PhD with David-Alexandre Trégouët (VINTAGE team) and Hélène Jacqmin-Gadda (Biostatistique team) to study the genetic determinants of venous thromboembolism recurrence.
