font-weight: bold; display: block; margin-top: 2em;\"><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">Les donn\u00e9es proviennent d<strong>e l\u2019\u00e9tude cas-t\u00e9moins XENAIR<\/strong> nich\u00e9e dans la<strong> cohorte E3N<\/strong>. La cohorte E3N, coordonn\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00e9quipe du <strong>CESP<\/strong> suit <strong>100 000 femmes de l\u2019Education Nationale depuis 1990<\/strong>. L\u2019\u00e9tude XENAIR, coordonn\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00e9quipe du <strong>CLB<\/strong> et financ\u00e9e par la<strong> fondation ARC<\/strong>, a inclut<strong> 5 222 femmes de la cohorte E3N diagnostiqu\u00e9es avec un cancer du sein entre 1990 et 2011<\/strong>,<strong> et autant de t\u00e9moins femmes indemnes du cancer<\/strong>. Le projet XENAIR a<strong> estim\u00e9 la concentration annuelle moyenne de 8 polluants atmosph\u00e9riques autour de la r\u00e9sidence<\/strong> de chaque femme sur toutes les ann\u00e9es<strong> entre 1990 et le diagnostic de cancer du sein.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe BPH-BIOSTAT a permis d\u2019exploiter ces donn\u00e9es de fa\u00e7on optimale en tenant compte de toutes les trajectoires d\u2019exposition individuelles \u00e0 deux polluants en particulier, <strong>le polychlorobiph\u00e9nyle (PCB) 153 et le Benzo[a]pyr\u00e8ne. <\/strong>Grace \u00e0 des mod\u00e8les statistiques avanc\u00e9s (des mod\u00e8les lin\u00e9aires mixtes \u00e0 classes latentes), l\u2019\u00e9quipe a pu identifier<strong> cinq profils (classes latentes) de trajectoires d\u2019exposition (Figure 1) <\/strong>qui d\u00e9croissent toutes \u00e0 partir de 1995, mais \u00e0 des niveaux diff\u00e9rents.
