pour l\u2019analyse des d\u00e9terminants g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques de la maladie thromboembolique veineuse et de sa r\u00e9cidive\u201d<\/strong> sous la supervision de <strong>David-Alexandre Tr\u00e9gou\u00ebt<\/strong> de l\u2019\u00e9quipe <strong>BPH-ELEANOR<\/strong> et <strong>d\u2019H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Jacqmin-Gadda<\/strong> de l\u2019\u00e9quipe<strong> BIOSTAT-BPH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">Ses recherches visent \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des mod\u00e8les statistiques dans le but d\u2019identifier :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>des facteurs g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques et mol\u00e9culaires impliqu\u00e9s dans la maladie thromboembolique veineuse, aussi appel\u00e9e thrombose<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>les biomarqueurs sp\u00e9cifiques de cette maladie, ainsi que les m\u00e9canismes menant \u00e0 sa r\u00e9cidive<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">R\u00e9cemment, Ga\u00eblle a obtenu le<strong> \u00ab Prix Thrombose et Cancer Guy Meyer 2025 \u00bb<\/strong> pour un projet \u00e9tudiant<strong> les d\u00e9terminants mol\u00e9culaires chez des patients avec cancer et thrombose.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">Ce prix attribu\u00e9 par\u00a0<strong>Leo Pharma<\/strong> r\u00e9compense des m\u00e9decins, pharmaciens, biologistes ou chercheurs de moins de 40 ans, proposant <strong>un projet pluridisciplinaire, original, et qui contribue \u00e0 faire avancer la recherche sur la thrombose en oncologie.<\/strong><br \/>\nLe financement obtenu, de <strong>10 000 \u20ac<\/strong>, permettra de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des donn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques dans un sous-\u00e9chantillon de la cohorte <strong>EDITH-BREIZH<\/strong>\u00a0qui constituent des bases de donn\u00e9es importantes et uniques pour l\u2019\u00e9tude des d\u00e9terminants de la thrombose coordonn\u00e9e au<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/cic.chu-brest.fr\/nos-activites\/thrombose\">CHU de Brest<\/a><\/strong>.<br \/>\nCe projet vise \u00e0 produire des r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9liminaires en vue d\u2019une re-soumission \u00e0<strong> l\u2019appel \u00e0 projets \u00ab Programme Jeunes Chercheuses Jeunes Chercheurs (JCJC) \u00bb de l\u2019ANR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">Pour la suite de sa carri\u00e8re, Ga\u00eblle souhaite continuer dans cette th\u00e9matique en \u00e9tudiant notamment<strong> les d\u00e9terminants du cancer associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la thrombose<\/strong> (CAT : <em>cancer-associated thrombosis<\/em>)<strong> et de ses complications<\/strong>.<br \/>\nEn septembre 2025, elle rejoindra le<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.univ-brest.fr\/getbo\/fr\">centre Inserm U1304-GETBO<\/a><\/strong> (<em>Groupe d\u2019\u00e9tude de la Thrombose de Bretagne Occidentale<\/em>) pour poursuivre ses travaux et exploiter les donn\u00e9es de deux grandes cohortes de patients avec thrombose : <strong>EDITH et EDITH-<\/strong><strong>BREIZH<\/strong>, toutes deux coordonn\u00e9es par le<strong> Pr.
